Day 75: The best part of my day was seeing 50 of our scholars attend the College and Career Expo in Clermont. Thank you, Ms. Lockett for organizing this wonderful opportunity for the family. #180DaysofJoy

Day 71: The best part of our day was seeing our faculty take their lunch breaks for some self care in our wellness walks. Participants received tickets to the amazing Jacket Bistro!
Day 70: The best part of our day was... Mrs. Huffman spoke to our afternoon Math and Financial Literacy classes about all things business finances, starting a business, the hiring process from the eyes of an employer, and employment law. She has 22+ years experience as a Director of Finance and Human Resources, as well as many years in bookkeeping in general.

Day 68: the best part of our day was hearing about our Cambridge AICE students touring UNC Chapel Hill and Duke.
Day 64- The best part of my day was seeing our students and staff participating in dress for success Wednesdays!

Day 63- The best part of my day was hearing about our SPARK students learning about local government including the City Council and the local Airport.
Day 62- The best part of my day was seeing our career expo presentations from our dual enrollment students. Thank you to the Leesburg Police Department for supporting our students in their presentations.

Day 61- The best part of my day was seeing our teachers practice some self-care with our wellness walks! Thank you to Mr. James for organizing the walks on Tuesdays and Thursdays during lunch to get a little exercise in.

Day 60- The best part of my day was seeing 65 of our seniors get accepted to Lake Sumter State College. Thank you to Mrs. Lockett for organizing this opportunity for our students. Also shout out to ROTC for speaking to our Veterans today!
Day 59- The best part of my day was seeing our students take a stand against bullying. Also shout out to our boys soccer team for their first home game of the season. Go Jackets!

Day 58- The best part of my day was watching our Juniors and Seniors who attended our Math Blitz for the upcoming CLT testing on Thursday. Thank you to Mrs. Freeze, Mrs. Brantner, Mrs. Scarberry and Mr. Hall for preparing our students.

Day 57- The best part of my day is seeing our football and cheerleading teams at the last regular season game of the year. Looking forward to seeing our Jackets in the playoffs! Good luck tonight and Gooooo Jackets!!!

Day 56- The best part of my day was seeing Fred Griffin Jr. present to our Powerhouse students on leadership skills. Good luck to Mr. Griffin in the upcoming election for city commissioner! Also good luck to our bowling team at the state championship!!!
Day 55- The best part of my day was watching our bowling team at the state championship. We are currently 2-0 for the day and heading to the semi-finals!!! Thank you to Citizens First bank for supporting our seniors in teaching them budgeting skills.
